  a program of commissioning works is developed for every project on the basis of existing databases, procedures of commissioning and testing of pipelines, process equipment and utility systems;

  employees of “Elevar” participate in supervision over installation and electrical installation works thus provisioning execution of a series of measures for preparation of systems for commissioning;

  a technology is developed and equipment is produced and used for treatment of pipelines and process equipment;

  a technology is developed for quality control of installation of piggable pipelines;

  installation teams of “Elevar” deliver commissioning works with use of modern procedures of quality control of installation works. All installation works are executed in compliance with modern standards, sanitary and operational norms. Special attention is given to observation of rules and regulations of human safety.

Strict observance of norms and rules of installation of highly hazardous and critical equipment:

 When the commissioning works are finished a package of hand-over documentation is prepared so that that the project could be accepted by State supervision authorities. Engineers and experts of “Elevar” during the commissioning works develop hand-over package of documentation including all reports from expertise, test certificates and working diagrams. All documents are prepared in strict compliance with regulations of Russian legislation and State supervision.
